She will guide you through a series of foundational movements and skills to help build strength, awareness, and stability as we work towards more challenging expressions of the poses we already know and love.
This class is suitable for those who have never tried balancing or binding, as there will be plenty of props and modifications on offer. It's also suitable for students who already have a good level of experience but are wanting to go deeper into their practice in a safe and sustainable way.
The skills you learn in this session will support your movement practice across other classes, and will also help develop strength and flexibility of the mind, so you can expand beyond the limitations you put on yourself and grow into the best possible version of yourself.

No equipment is needed we have mats, cushions and blankets but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Wear layers you can take on and off as needed.
