This course with Dani takes you through the fundamentals of the practice in structured weekly classes. This course is great if you are brand new to yoga or for anyone wanting to refresh their knowledge of the main principles of yoga and ease back into the practice after a time away.
The course meets each Wednesday for six weeks from 17 January - 21 February. The classes are 75 minutes and the content is a mix of physical practice - guiding you to learn the basic postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) - and the sharing of yogic philosophy. You'll gain the knowledge and confidence to participate in open studio classes, learn how the breath has the power to influence your mind, and how to apply these teachings to your every day life.
You do not need any experience or any special clothes or equipment. We have everything you need and you can practice in any comfortable clothing that you move about in.
