This Firm Your Foundations course is a four-week course designed to develop on our six-week Beginners introductory course. You absolutely do not need to have attended the six-week course as a prerequisite to join Beginners 2, but some exposure to yoga is required. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to build further knowledge and confidence before joining the open classes on the timetable.
The course will be led by Dani Affleck and will take you through the foundations of movement such as forward, back and side bending, and twists. Once these movements are understood, they can be applied to any yoga pose to find safe alignment for your body, and help increase the flow of energy through the system.
Learn to move safely, efficiently, and with ease, both on the mat and in your every day life.
Who is it for?
- Anyone who has had some experience with Yoga but would like to reaffirm and develop upon the foundations of the practice
- Anyone who has had time away from the mat and would like to refresh their knoweldge
- Anyone who would like to kickstart their practice again in time for the new year
- Anyone for whom this time suits who would like a considered, supported class with some instruction
- Basically, anyone! :)
These courses are very popular and places are limited, as such we cannot offer refunds. There are no partial refunds for non-attendance at classes.
