AN INTRODUCTION TO YOGA WORKSHOP WITH CLARE ROBERTS

This workshop is an introduction to Yoga for those who have never done it before or would like a refresher after a time away.

This session will provide an overview of what yoga is, but with a specific focus on the physical aspect of the practice.

You don’t need any equipment or fancy clothes for this workshop. We have all the things you need including a mat. Though if you prefer to bring your own you are very welcome. You just need to wear some comffortable clothes that you can move around in freely and bring a water bottle.

Yoga is such an amazing, life-changing practice to learn and incorporate into your way of living. It has so many benefits for body, mind and spirit. We know you won’t regret taking this first step with us on your yoga journey.

About your teacher:

Clare Roberts is one of our most senior and experienced Yoga Teachers and one of the best teachers in the country. She has been teaching for over 10 years and practicing even longer. She has a great deal of experience with all levels of experience, different body types and the array of challenges that people experience with their bodies and practicing Yoga.

She is gentle and considered and our students love her! We constantly get amazing feedback about the pace and style of her teaching, so you can feel confident that you will be well supported, informed and expertly guided in this workshop.
