This is a dynamic and playful workshop to help you build the strength, awareness and confidence to get inverted in your practice. Inversions positively influence the cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, and endocrine systems. Also great for the cognitive function as oxygen-rich blood flows to your brain. After you adjust to it you begin to notice that your brain feels more alive. Since your brain is the largest consumer of oxygen in your body, more blood means more oxygen, which means better brain function.

You will:

- Discover how to build a foundation of structural support
- Learn ways to get inverted with the support of props
- Learn variations of headstand with no load on the head and neck
- Build better proprioceptive awareness

Open to all students with a regular practice and teachers of all levels.
