Join Buster Caitcheon for a 75-minute Moon Hatha class.  This is a traditional Tantric Hatha practice. The class will focus on forward folds and twists and be grounding and centring.  The class will finish with a gorgeous savasana to the sound of acoustic guitar and Buster's voice.

It is scheduled just prior to our kirtan evening which is a beautiful way to continue your evening, carrying the connectedness of self through to connecting with others and with music. 

Cost:  $20 for class, $12 for kirtan.  Book separately.

Pre-booking is ideal for the Moon Hatha class though not necessary.  Kirtan can be paid in cash at the door should you wish to stay on.
