Join Dani on this three-week exploration of prana, breath, mind and meditation.
This course runs for three Wednesday evenings from 715-815pm and will educate you on the anatomy of breathing and help you to develop sensitivity of breath and prana - the flow of life energy. Through practices such as Full Yogic Breath and Alternate Nostril Breathing, you may start to notice an increase in your energy levels and overall sense of vitality, as well as bringing a feeling of balance throughout your energy system.
Meditation has numerous benefits such as lowering our stress levels, increasing focus and concentration, and helping to foster a deeper sense of well being and connection to self.
The meditation technique we will focus on is Antara Mauna - Inner Silence. We will cultivate the ability to still the body and quiet the mind, so we can listen more intently to the song of the soul.
We will spend some time journaling after each practice as a way to keep track of our experiences and to notice what is shifting or developing as we proceed through the course. You will be encouraged to practice these techniques at home as each week we will go a little deeper.
Whether you have a little or a lot of experience, you're sure to get something out of this course as there's no limit as to how deep inside our self we can go.
