They're back!  After such amazing feedback on their last collaboration, Maren Lander and Rhythm & Alchemy (aka Leighia Lelievre and DJ Sam.E) are joining forces again to bring us their unique yoga and sound experience!

Leighia will lead us through a fun (sometimes sweaty) 60 minutes of flowing vinyasa yoga, synced to sweet beats by DJ Sam.E.

Then, you'll experience a savasana like no other as you lay back for 30 minutes and become immersed in a sound healing session with Maren.  Using sound through voice, harmonics and rhythm she will help you relax, restore and achieve a deep state of meditation.
