SPACE TO BREATHE WITH KYLEIGH (FREE SESSION)

When we get stressed or anxious we can start to notice it in our breath pattern. Often we can unconsciously mouth breathe - tapping into our sympathetic nervous system (or fight & flight) - and our breathing can become quite shallow.

When we remove obstacles surrounding our breath, there is a sense of freedom and ease. Kyleigh describes this experience as like returning to the wonderment of childhood watching the clouds roll by.

Join this short and simple session to become more aware of your breathing and learn how to use it as a tool to create more calm and ease in your body and mind.

All you need is comfortable warm place to rest. A bolster or pillow can be useful, an eye mask or cloth to cover your eyes is optional. This breathing session is open to anyone at any level and is completely safe.
