This Beginners Yoga Courses runs for 6 weeks, once week, on Wednesday evenings. Kyleigh Burniston is our lead teacher with support from Kimberly Bunch and the wider teaching team. All of our teachers are super experienced and we have wonderful feedback from students.
Our Introduction to Yoga courses take you through the fundamentals of the practice in structured weekly classes with a focus on Asana - the physical postures. This course is great if you are brand new to yoga or for anyone just wanting to refresh their knowledge of the main principles of yoga asana and pranayama (movement and breath) after a time away.
These courses are very popular and places are limited, as such we cannot offer refunds. There are no partial refunds for non-attendance at classes.
