AN INTRODUCTION TO YOGA WORKSHOP WITH KYLEIGH BURNISTON (APRIL)

This one-off 2 hour workshop is an introduction to Yoga for those who have never done it before.

We know that sometimes committing to a longer, six-week course can be a big step if you are brand new to Yoga, so we are hosting this session to give you a chance to dip your toe in. Like a First Date with Yoga! :)

This session will provide an overview of what yoga is, but with a specific focus on the physical aspect of the practice. There is a lot of philosophy we'd love to share with you, but we know that mostly the fear about trying Yoga for the first time is around "can I do it?", "do I need to be flexible?", "what if I am the "worst" one in the class"….

So we want to spend this time allaying those fears, introducing you to some basic principles of Yoga and guiding you through some gentle postures and movements. There will also be time for questions.

You don’t need any equipment or fancy clothes for this workshop. We have all the things you need including a mat. Though if you prefer to bring your own you are very welcome. You just need to wear some comffortable clothes that you can move around in freely and bring a water bottle.

Yoga is such an amazing, life-changing practice to learn and incorporate into your way of living. It has so many benefits for body, mind and spirit. We know you won’t regret taking this first step with us on your yoga journey.

Investment - $49.

These courses are very popular and places are limited, as such we cannot offer refunds. There are no partial refunds for non-attendance at classes.

Please note: this workshop is NOT a pre-requisite for the 6-week course. Most people do join that directly. This is a taster for those who'd like to "try before they buy" as it were.
